House Rules
As you are a guest of our property, we ask that you respect our property and be respectful and courteous to any other persons onsite during your stay. Children must be supervised at all times.
To respect other guests, noise volume must be courteous at all times and music is to be turned off and/or not heard outside of your facility after 11pm. If noise can be heard outside your accommodation after 11pm, your bond (part or full) will be forfeited.
Fire restrictions and total fire bans may apply throughout the year.
Please adhere to any signage indicating a fire ban.
Nanga may have a fire ban in place outside of the total fire bans set by DFES. Please take note of the FIRE BAN signs as you enter the property.
Fires may only be lit in designated areas.
Only the materials provided by Nanga staff may be used in the designated fire areas, do not collect and use the native flora of the area.
Nanga is a strictly NO SMOKING venue. If you are found to be smoking OR vaping, your bond (part or full) will be forfeited.
Nanga does not allow camping of any kind on site, including caravans, rooftop tents, swags, tents and sleeping in cars. All guests must sleep in one of the beds provided by Nanga Bush Camp.
No equipment is to be removed from any buildings without permission of Caretakers.
Due to dust and noise, we request that vehicle usage be limited whilst on site – speed limit is walking pace ie. 10km/hr This is strictly enforced and failure to adhere may mean your bond is forfeited and management has the right to evict your vehicle from the property.
Charging of external appliances or machines is only allowed with express permission from the camp manager. If you are found to be charging an external device without aforementioned permission, your bond (part or full) will be forfeited.
Charging of electric vehicles is strictly not allowed, if you are found to be charging an electric vehicle on site, your bond (part or full) will be forfeited
Smoke alarms and fire equipment have been installed for your safety – this equipment is not to be tampered with – any problems are to be reported to the manager.
No food or drinks to be taken into sleeping areas in bunkhouses.
Pets are not permitted at Nanga Bush Camp.
We are striving to become a glass-free campsite, so if you plan on bringing beverages, please consider cans before glass.
The names of all persons staying on-site under your booking must be notified and paid for, according to your quoted charges per person. Failure to advise correct numbers will result in the forfeiture of your bond.
All groups are expected to clean their facility before departure, including stove and BBQ if used – failure to do so will incur an additional cleaning charge and/or deducted from your bond.
Damages caused other than as a result of wear and tear will be charged to the group.
Liability: The group agrees not to run any activities on the site without gaining authorisation from Nanga management, this includes accessing ropes courses, zipline and abseiling areas without written permission.
If final payment has not been received by the date of your booking, your deposit will be taken as a bond payment.
Management reserves the right to terminate your stay or withhold bond if the above conditions are not met.
